More and more international buyers are choosing the area. Here is how to buy from a distance, step by step and without complications.
Families from all over Europe, and further afield, are discovering the Vallès Oriental: homes with gardens, schools, golf, mountains and Barcelona half an hour away. Buying from abroad is simpler than it seems when done with a local team.
To buy in Spain you need an NIE, the foreigner identification number, and it is usual to open an account with a Spanish bank. If you cannot travel to sign, a power of attorney allows someone you trust to sign the deed on your behalf before a notary.
We start with a video call to understand what you are looking for, send you the video of each home and accompany you on the viewing when you come. We coordinate the notary, the administrative agency and tax advice so the purchase moves forward even when you are thousands of kilometres away.
