Club de Golf Vallromanes: 18 holes at the gates of Barcelona

Club de Golf Vallromanes was founded in 1972 as a private club. Its 18-hole, par-72 course was designed by the British architect F. W. Hawtree, and it is played all year round among pines and gentle hills, with the Serralada Litoral as a backdrop.

The clubhouse is the Torre Tavernera, a manor house from 1718 that gives the club the feel of a historic estate. The course is about 25 minutes by car from central Barcelona and has hosted professional tournaments over the years.
