What data we process
The data you give us in the contact form (name, phone, email, the property you are interested in and your message) or when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings, value your home and, in general, manage the relationship you ask us for. We do not use it to send you advertising without your permission and we do not make automated decisions with it.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts and then for the time needed to meet any legal obligations. If your enquiry does not lead to any relationship, we delete it within one year at most.
Who else sees it
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website we use providers who may access it only to provide their service to us (web hosting and email delivery), with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to info@voramountain.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
